Clayton Dahm (lcdahm@uw.edu) is a specialist in elementary and community music education, with a particular interest in Keetman-Orff Schulwerk, World Music Pedagogy, and Popular Music Education. He holds degrees from the University of Chicago; Teachers College, Columbia University; SOAS, University of London; and the University of Washigton.

Dahm has taught collegiate-level courses at Gonzaga University and the University of Washington and previously worked as a public school elementary general music and instrumental educator in the United States and England. Spanning ethnomusicology and music education, scholarly interests include representation, transmission, musical practices of families, and global pop.

An active clinician and presenter, publications can be found in The Orff Echo, Music Educators Journal, International Journal of Community Music, and forthcoming in the Journal of Popular Music Education.
